Today, I went out to eat with my aunt and uncle, I barely looked at the male waiter because I'm a shy person. Then my uncle said, "YOU SHOULD TAKE OUT MY NIECE! She's never dated in her life." I'm 19 and my matchmaker is my uncle. FML

Your uncle is probably telling you that you should come out of your shell. Being shy is all well and good, but you can't let your life pass by.

I've never dated either, so my older sister does this to me. Only, the guys are usually more interested in her when she brings up the subject. *sigh* Being shy and 19 just don't mix, do they?

Don't worry. My mom does that to me all the time when we go out to eat. She always says stuff like, "You wanna date my daughter?" I'm eighteen and never had a date, as well.

Ehh, life works is weird ways >.< lol ;) My cousin's mother used to carry around a picture of her in a bikini (My cousin's in shape) and picture of my cousin in a business suit and used to carry it around and showed people, she's still not married and is 32.. sooooooooo... haha you don't have it the worst
