Today, when I came home from work I found out that my roommate had allowed her best friend's 6 kids to stay at my house for the next two days. She also allowed her godson to stay over and his girlfriend as well. All of this without asking me. FML

This would be a good time to find out whether there was such a thing as a Roommate Agreement. While that may seem like a BBT reference, it really does exist. Sometimes landlords even have it in the Renter's Agreement of how many people can be in a house at the same time. Violation of the agreement can mean eviction. I've discovered that last part first-hand and it was an unwelcome surprise to discover that the place I was staying wasn't rated for the friend that I was allowing to stay.
