Today, my fiance and I were having pretty rough sex when she screamed for me to stop. After rushing to the hospital the doctors say it's most likely a prolapsed organ. FML.

This sounds like either the GF never had the "you have the right to say stop if it even feels like something is wrong or is uncomfortable" talk given to her, or that OP disregarded her less intense requests... Both are bad in different ways, but either way the GF has a rough road of recovery ahead.
