wow....
Everyone else says fail and retard... I'm not going to be a lenient, you're about a ******* idiot. Stay in school!
It's NOT a good idea? Not only do you deserve it for thinking you could stand on a chair with wheels in the first place to change a light bulb, but you also deserve it because it took you breaking two bones and some stitches for you to realize it wasn't a good idea. So in conclusion to my sarcastic rant, YDI OP. Perhaps the next time you need to change a light bulb you should use a chair that folds. Now that is a good idea...by your standards anyway. Break a leg :)
I bet more people commenting on this, have done this atleast once. Cause I always carry a chair with out wheels and a ladder in my back pocket. If ya gotta change it ya gotta change it
Yeah, in my dorm I only have an office chair with wheels, and a set of folding chairs, no other chairs or ladders... So I always stand on either of those to replace light bulbs, fix my curtains, open my top window etc. So far, so good ;) *knocks on wood*

With wheels?? You've got to be kidding.
did no one ever read you that book about the cop who stands on a swiveled chair? then he gets a dog to teach him safety lessons? I think it's called "never stand on a swiveled chair" (swiveled means spins or has wheels)
