I pay bills. One pay check goes to that. The second of the month goes to anything I want. What is wrong with all these people? It's easy to live within means and luxury in the first world, we're almost ALL rich. Though silly to leave bags on the train!

That sucks! Call the lost and found, you never know if somebody turned it in. May people wouldn't touch a abandoned package on a train for security reasons.
