Today, I spent 2 hours making the perfect card for my dad for Father's Day. When I handed it to him, he smiled and said "Thank you" and then killed a fly with it. I found it in the trash a couple of hours later. FML

That's why I ask people what they want for their birthday or whatever gift giving day happens to come up. If they say they want nothing, they get nothing.

I don't have a dad (well, technically I do...), so I make stuff for my grandfather. I spend a lot of times on cards, and whenever I go to his house, they're propped up everywhere throughout the house. (: Fyl, op, that's terrible. :(
