Today, I found out that, after a year of separation, my ex-wife is pregnant and due in a few months. The divorce became official a few weeks ago and the father is my former best friend. FML

OP, at least now you're not on the hook to pay (monetary) child support for somebody else's kid, right? Not to mention otherwise physically caring for/ raising said newborn 'til adulthood were you two committed to staying together & married after all, no? As painful as this is, I think you dodged the proverbial bullet just in time (for multiple reasons). Good luck to you! :-)

Congratulations! You dodged a huge bullet there. I don't know where you live, but in my state if two people are married the father is legally obligated to pay for a kid born during a marriage, even if it's not his kid.

My former best friend slept with my (then) wife and caused our divorce. Now after the divorce, i found he still kept sleeping with her because “we were getting divorced anyways, so she was up for grabs”. You have my condolences. It still sucks and stings finding things like that out even after being divorced. I am now no longer able to trust any of my friends due to that.
