I think we need to know what kind of ants. If they are the ordinary black house ants then it's a bit ticklish but nothing FML worthy. On the other hand if they were green ants or bull ants, those are mean bastards that hurt like hell when they bite.

I've done that. I tried to hide in a fire ant tree while playing hide and seek as a child in Panama.... They bit me all over my whole body. I felt hot and sore for days. Seriously painful stuff there.
