Today, I texted my boyfriend to see if he wanted to finally have sex today. His response was "Can't, Platinum just came out." I didn't know what that meant so I searched "Platinum 3-22-2009" on Google. I found out he's talking about a new Pokémon game. FML

On the day Platinum came out I went that morning to GameStop when they opened and picked up me and my girlfriend's copies of the game. We played Pokémon for the rest of the day. Moral of the story? I basically told myself that the girl I would marry one day will love Pokémon. It has never failed me since. And talk to him about getting you a DS and a copy of the game. He'll appreciate you a lot more for it.
