Well, that! Make him pay for it. He should buy his own underwear, the thief! And remind him that underwear should be changed from time to time. Did he steal only one pair, did you say? I should hope he washes it, at least. Or does he wear it only for special occasions? HOW expensive is it, anyway, that he couldn't afford buying one himself? Or does he keep it because of all the...memories associated with it? One pair all the time...Gross. Give him another pair, for a change.
