personally I don't even see this as an fml. just be happy he's hittin that

Oh, come on. Two months? What difference does it make?

Thank god. I don't really like southern accents...

WTF? I guess that it's a success for you to have a boyfriend for longer than a week. But faking his accent? What the hell has that to do with anything? I think it's better for you to break up with him because of cultural differences :P

You're from Massachusetts. Shouldn't you be relieved, Yank?

Sounds like a plot from a Rock Hudson movie. Oh wait...

HAHAHA, thats awesome. sometimes when i'm out, i'll call my gf with a british accent, she thinks its hilarious

So sad that he's faking a southern accent... boo freakin hoo. Who cares?

Can i just mention to Americans there is no such thing as a 'british' accent. There is English, generally southerners which Americans think is a British accent. There is also Welsh and Scottish accents, which are hard to try and immitate. There are also other regional variations on English, such as Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle accents which sound nothing like the fake british accents that I hear Americans trying to mock. Ps I just dont see how that person has anything to moan about.

If you want to fall into your BRITISH stereotype of thinking that your language is superior and that we are idiots for not knowing the differences between all your subtle little dialects, at least use correct grammar when you speak. Asshole.

So... Do you have a sexy British accent? ;)

Can I just point out that I wasn't speaking - I was typing - There is a difference......So before you start throwing insults around (i.e. asshole), probably best to make sure you are correct in everything that you type (not speak), otherwise you look the bigger ass. The point that I was trying to make, in case you missed it, is there is no such thing as a typical British accent.....Much the same way as there is no typical American accent.

I wouldn't be able to answer that - but its a fairly typical well spoken Southern English accent......

"which sound nothing like the fake British accents Americans are trying to mock" with that statement you are implying that there is, I'm fact, a British accent. obviously British accents exist. there is no correct English accent, just variations of it. like Australian, welsh, American, etc. stop trying to look smart by teaching people bullshit.
