Posted Sept 5, 2019??? Yes, I know that the EU does dates bass-ackward (to the US), so how is anybody supposed to know that when the month is specified numerically as per the date-stamp of OP's post (unlike comments using names/ abbreviations) - as seen via website browser (not phone app)? SMH....

When the guy finally got there, I had to shovel out the 5 feet of snow around my car, help him push it, and help him hook it up. Then his dog bit me. I only got $100. FML
