The same action from entirely different points of reference are completely different things. For instance, someone who kills in self defence is completely different to someone who kills for fun. Someone who is single and engages in casual sex is completely different to someone who is in a relationship, deceiving their partner and sleeping around.

128- OP is justified in calling the guy a douchebag based on the fact that he, most likely, knew he was in a relationship and failed to disclose that bit of information when he hooked up with OP. I say "most likely" knew, just in case OPs friend is the type that claims to be in a relationship, when the guy may just be there for some semi-regular, no strings fling.
