Today, I found out my boyfriend had his phone taken away by his dad for this past week. I have been sending him naked photos and other naughty things this entire week, or so I thought. FML

What the fück is wrong with all these people blaming the poor OP? How does she deserve to have some self-righteous pervert looking at her sexually-explicit pictures (the boyfriend's dad is perverted for looking at them, and self-righteous for punishing the kid while being a douchebag himself)? This is most certainly one of the most serious FMLs I have seen. BUT - there is hope! Assuming the dad had the pictures, and assuming OP is a minor... the dad can immediately be prosecuted for child ****! I'd suggest doing this asap! Just check that you can't be held responsible for sending the pictures.

Calm down there skipper ... The dad most likely hasn't even seen the pictures. The phone is mostly likely put away in a drawer or somewhere else. In any case, the dad most likely is not carrying the phone on him and checking his son's messages all the time. And while yes, the dad can technically be prosecuted even if he hasn't seen the pictures just for the mere fact that he's in possession of them, the real fail here is on OP's part. She continued sending the pictures after she hasn't heard back from her boyfriend. Any reasonable person would suspect something wrong and stop sexting and try to get hold of her boyfriend in some other way to find out if he got her messages or not. OP sounds immature, needy, and desperate if she doesn't see anything wrong with a man ignoring her after seeing her naked body.
