so all of you are saying that people who post pictures on myspace and face book or whatever have to get however many people's consent to post pictures.... if that were so you would have to give evidence (send a message or email to the person) to get their consent you guys are dumbasses who think you know every law..... myspace and all other massive picture posting/chat websites would be forcibly shut down and the moderators would be arrested ... you are all morons who don't know shit but think you do so people will think you are smart... if you know that the picture is taken then you have given consent right then and there.... you can't sue somebody unless you have proof that they did something wrong..... if you can prove that he/she took the picture with out your consent (written or not) then go for it, but the judicial system system will laugh in your face if you are posing or even looking at the camera. p.s. website name please?

There's the consent, but it's also the fact that he's using the pictures to make a profit. On myspace and facebook and things like that, the person isn't making any money. If the pictures are going to be used to make profit, then you need a different kind of consent.
