Today, it was my final meeting with my psychologist who was helping me with my bipolar disorder. I just found out that he committed suicide. FML

That's horrible... whoever said you deserved that one is an asshole.

Sometimes the people best at helping others, cannot help themselves. I've known MANY people who had good, solid relationship advice...and had the worst relationships. They couldn't do for themselves, but they help/ed a lot of people. I would also suggest learning from his last lesson; as bad as you feel about him doing this...your family & friends would go through that but a million times *worse* if you had taken your own life. Pretty awful stuff. :(

tru...there's so many confusing "you deserved that one"'s on here

To be honest most psychologists choose to do what that do because they have suffered themselves. A good psychologist is one who has first hand experience.

Maybe like a today teaching last meet do it by yourself huh? Huh? No? Well **** yall

Uhh, I'd try not to think too much about it and move on to the next psychologist -_-;;. Sounds like an irresponsible psychologist but who knows what his life was like... Just don't let it affect you, good luck to you, RIP the psychologist and courage to his family.

How does that make the psychologist irresponsible? They are people too, and a lot of the time the people with the most tragic backgrounds become mental health professionals... He was obviously going through a lot in his personal life. It really is sad...

It wasn't your fault, if that's what you're thinking. If you need to talk to someone, don't be afraid to find another psychologist.

Who the hell says you deserved that one for something like this....

This is not an omen, and it has nothing to do with you. Find someone else to help right away if you feel funny about it. I'm so sorry.

32 people say you deserved that? I'm so sorry dear, that sounds like such a horrible thing to happen. I swear, one day somebody is gonna say "Today, my parents exploded in a car crash and I came home to find my cat on fire and my dog dead after the urn holding my grandmothers ashes fell on him. Also it is my birthday. FML" and I guarantee you that at least ten people will say they deserved that. People are mean. I hope you find a great new therapist!

The internet is full of trolls and psychopaths.

Don't take what he did personally. It in no way reflects on you as a person. Whoever is clicking "you deserved that one" is an asshole.
