FML, op! That sounds like one of the shittiest things I've ever heard. If only you could put that running to good use and run from your asshat of a dad.
he's a ******* idiot. his body and joints have strengthened and adapted to fit 8k runs. yours haven't, if you just dump all that on someone that could flat out damage your body. on top of that 2 hours isn't nearly enough. Best advice i can give would be to go to your dad when he tells you to run and say "go **** yourself" that or explain y it's a health hazard
Call your doctor and make an appointment with them, for them to explain the health hazards of running and insufficient sleep- and how those risks are compounded when combined. He could very well cause you to have some kind of cardiac episode, not to mention that two hours of sleep is NOT sufficient for post-recovery work out for activity of this degree. I'm pretty certain that you are supposed to do something like "two days one, one day off" to let the muscles recovery sufficiently. Not to mention he could be damaging your joints, lack of sleep causes the brain to have issues recovering, you could have a latent health issue that running to this degree with no work up could trigger... Your dad's being a real idiot about this.
