Today, I pooped my pants at work. I have the flu and should have stayed home but my boss said if I didn't come in I would be written up. I coughed and a hole diaper full of poop came out. I am only 26 but I guess I need to go buy depends FML.

If you are that sick, you need to stay home. Make an appointment with your doctor, have your illness validated and get a written doctor's note as proof, and if your boss threatens you with a write-up again, either go over their head about it or speak to your HR representative and present them with your doctor's note, recount your situation and how your boss acted, no one, and I mean NO ONE should work with a full-blown case of the flu, there is a reason why it can be fatal. Seriously, take care of yourself OP.
