Today, my dentist and his hygienist were flirting while they worked on my mouth. I didn't really mind, however I definitely minded when the hygienist pierced my gum with her tool because she was laughing at one of his jokes. FML

Complain to the proper agency about their behavior. Don't let them just sweep this under the rug. Today, you have a hole in your gum. Tomorrow, another guy gets a drill straight through to the bone, maybe worse.

Depends where you live, but there is usually an association for dentistry. Like ADA for the USA and CDA + CDHA for Canada.
