I blame their classmates. They probably all have divorced parents, so your kids think its normal and you and your husband are freaks. What I would do is this: call up the school and demand to know the identity and phone number of every divorced parent in each of your child's grades. Then call up these parents and curse them out for about 10 min each about how their brats screwed up your kids. Obviously, no names.

That really sucks. But don't take it badly. The kids who are the most distant from you at a young age are the closest to you when they are older!

Oh wow. I would be so dissapointed in them. Maybe even tell them something like, "Yeah, but guess who pays for all your Christmas presents." Something clever to make them apologize. :)

#22: I dated a girl a while back whose parents spit up right after her birth. She didn't realize that children in a "normal" situation don't go back and fourth between parents every week until she was seven. It's kind of sad.
