Scarface...Dickface...the nick name possibilities are strong. That must have hit you just the right (wrong?) way. Mederma works really well for most scars, maybe you could make it less noticeable. Good luck OP, and sorry to hear that.

If you have something you don't like of mother of pearl, dissolve it in a bit of lemon juice and put the paste on your scar, it helps clear it up

I had two scars on my face caused by my skin becoming extremely irritated by the latex tape used during a recent surgery. Using MerdermaPM twice a day cleared them up in about 4-5 weeks. It's pretty expensive, but the scars are completely gone. It may work for you as well.
