Today, my stomach muscles are still sore from yesterday. Not because I was doing sit-ups or working out or anything, but because I have to work that hard to take a dump. FML

Eat more fibre, that's literally all it's for. Also, something like prunes or coconut water.. or just laxatives. Laxatives work, but if you don't do the right stuff for the future then you'll need them way more.

Welcome to my world. And yes, I eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water and my bowels are STILL like that.
