Today, my long-distance relationship ended. The only thing my dad had to say to comfort me was that he hopes my phone bills will, "go back to normal now." FML

While the others aren't necessarily wrong about how you should have been more conscientious about your phone data/messages/etc., or at least payed for when you went over, I totally get you.
Long distance relationships are HARD. But, I would see this as an opportunity to gather yourself, grow as a person, learn about yourself a little more then try again when you feel ready and not heartbroken anymore.
