Today, my grandmother told me my favorite top had a permanent smell of BO, despite my constant deodorant use. I wear the top to work just about every shift. I now realize all the weird little comments my coworkers have made are actually hints to go take a shower. FML

At least it came from your grandma and not your boss, eh?

Noor and 51, I'm way ahead of you, 18 matching pairs of Jeans and 65 Harley Davidson shirts. The trick is the anachronisms. Oil stains on the jeans and 10 or so slightly different shirts (6 of each pattern) keeps people guessing.

There's this fancy machine out there called a washing machine....

The solution? Don't have a favorite top.

Oh dear, I hate it when something's wrong with you and no one points it out, then you find out some time later and you want the ground to open up and swallow you whole!

Noor, I threw up a little when I read your comment.

A few things to think about: 1) Science > you. In fact, it doesn't give a **** about you. Germs and smells will still accumulate regardless of your strong will for them not to. 2) If you don't wash your body, then rubbing deodorant on yourself is like throwing a cup of water at a five-alarm blaze: it doesn't work. To quote Del tha Funky Homosapien: "Wash yo' ass." 3) I understand not giving a shit about what people have to say, but you essentially draw criticism when you wear the same shirt to work everyday. Even if you *did* shower everyday, your incessant donning of that top will attract negative comments like flies to shit. The end. |the kid|

You wear the same top EVERY shift? No wonder your coworkers are dropping you hints. Change your shirt! Especially if it has a permanent smell of BO.

"I wear the top to work just about every shift." Well there ya go OP. You should probably switch it up a bit cause that's pretty gross :/

Don't know how often the shifts are... they could be just once or twice a week, so OP wears the shirt once a week. That isn't so bad as long as the shirt gets washed.
