Today, my 19-year-old brother broke into my dorm and robbed me. When I tried to file a report, my brother went to my parents and told them that he took it because I owed him money on a bet. Guess who lost $92.50. FML

I don't care if he's family take it to the police

Even if you did "owe" him, that doesn't make it any less illegal to go into someone's living quarters and take it from them. It's still stealing.

That's when you get him back because pay back is a bitch ;)

I don't think your parents would be very happy if your brother tried to pull that shit on them, so there's no excuse as to why he should get away with this.

Going to the police might be out of the question, so the clear option is revenge. Go to your parents house, and start taking your mom's underwear and hiding them in your brother's room.

Unless your parents are the police it doesn't matter what they have to say. Have his stupid ass arrested for robbing you.

Your parents idea of justice is insane.winning a bet does not give anyone the right to rob someone else. I hope you are courageous enough to file a police report against your low life brother.

Get it back and have your revenge. His tenuous blood relation to you is irrelevant next to him being a thieving lying shit.

Too bad for him, that excuse doesn't fly with the police.

Umm, no. You press charges. Forget your dumb parents.

That isn't a valid excuse for committing a crime. If I were you, I would still file a report or contact the police.
