Sleeping pills are known to cause sleep walking. So I don't know how well ambian would work out for OP. I personally take melatonin to help induce sleep and it works magically. It's actually a hormone your body creates itself, so it's better for you than most chemical sleep aids. I'd look into that if I were you, OP. It may help, it may not, but it's an inexpensive option so you won't lose out by trying it. And most of all it's non-habit forming, while most chemicals are.

rearrange your furniture and the sleepwalking should stop. it only occurs in familiar environments where you're aware of the placement of everything.

29- I used to take melatonin when I had trouble getting to sleep at night. I found that it made it really hard for me to wake up in the morning. I stopped taking it, and it's a little more difficult to fall asleep, but at least I wake up more refreshed.
