I use a round pizza screen. Unlike a pan or cookie sheet, it lets the heat more easily reach the underside of the frozen pizza to fully cook it in a minimal amount of time. Then I use a metal spatula to lift up an edge before sliding its round cardboard underneath and then removing both by hand from the oven. Easy-peasy!

Why didn’t you use a pizza stone or a pan. You can get a pizza stone for $15-$20. Unless you were cooking frozen pizza then you deserve it. Frozen pizza is the worst.

If you really like pizza I like to buy a plain pie and then make and put my own topping on it. Grilled chicken and broccoli is my favorite
