Then knock on their door, explain what happened, and ask to reimbursed by either the pizza company, those who ate it, or both. Not really sure why you decided to whine on FML instead of handling a fairly simple problem yourself.
I'd go one step further, in that what the neighbours did isn't OP's problem, it's the pizza shop's problem. All OP does is call them, say they didn't give him what he paid for, and to fix it. Job done. Even if they cause a problem, OP would have paid by credit card. Not receiving the product means the card company itself would refund the money. Again, we have an FML that is simply 'Life 101'.
Easy revenge! 1: Scrounge up an old pizza box and call your neighbors telling them that they eared a free pizza. 2: Take a dump in the pizza box, leave at front door, ring bell, and run like hell. 3: ???????? 4: PROFIT!
