Today, I sat in my doctor's office and broke down, crying and shaking, with a blood pressure of 190, getting off my chest everything that has gone wrong in my life lately. To which the doctor, well into her sixties, replied, "My goodness, I've never met anyone with so many problems!" FML

It's ok to feel overwhelmed sometimes, don't keep all that shit in. It's important to have someone you can talk to and let it out before it eats you up inside, friends or family. An external and neutral listeners, such as a therapist, is also very helpful in dealing with such things.

Stay strong, you can get through this.

Lol very rarely does an actual Dr draw blood & these days you need referrals for everything. Best thing OP could’ve done atm was speak to their Dr, you know the one who prescribes medications for those with problems.

We once had a point where everything went wrong including death and suicides in the family, a mania I needs d to be hospitalized for but couldn’t because my insurance wouldn’t cover it, layoffs during the crash, and the only worthwhile jobs were out of state. My therapist at the time couldn’t figure out how I was pushing through it. My one down here wondered how when I crashed I didn’t become suicidal with everything else going on. Things got better. Work with a professional, offline or online. Those sites are great and take insurance. Take care of the physical issues the stress is causing. Health issues in the middle of this aren’t fun. That’s when we discovered my lupus. And remember, there is the other side of this pile that life is tossing at you. It’s not shameful to get overwhelmed. Especially when life piles bad things up on you.
