Creating a hostile work environment? Check. Illegal? You betcha. Head to HR. If you can, try and get an email sent to both of them saying something along the lines of "At 8 months pregnant, I feel it was inappropriate of SoAndSo to use his phone and put a picture of a dead baby in front of me. It was also inappropriate for Asshole#2 to tell me to "lighten up and have a sense of humor". I would like an apology from both of you for this behavior." See if you can get a response back from either of them that supports what you say happened. Recording them on your phone during a similar conversation is equally valid. Either way, you have proof.
If HR doesn't fire them, demote them, fine them, etc. then go straight to a lawyer. That crap isn't funny, they know it. Hate to say it, but they may be trying to get you to quit so that they don't have to hold a spot for you to come back to once your baby is here. Cut them off at the knees, maybe aim a bit higher. There are plenty of good people out there that would make good managers, so get these two OUT of the way and get some decent coworkers instead.

I agree completely with what you commented.
Fuck both of those assholes what they did is not cool or funny. They don’t know op situation, hopefully it didn’t happen but they could have lost a baby. Definitely talk with HR or the owner and if they don’t do anything contact a lawyer.

Maybe you should grow up. Jokes are meaned to be funny, and if you're 8 monts pregnant, you're surely not into dead baby jokes. It's like going to a WW2 memorial making gas jokes.

HR immediately, that coworker is an asshole. Find a pic of a guy with a tiny dick, send it to you from his phone or computer. That little joke should be fine with your boss
