you should try Valerian root drops it's like an organic roofy it'll help with anxiety and insomnia I have insomnia and i just put 3 drops in some juice and KO

I take 10mg of melatonin about half an hour before bedtime. Then at bedtime I put 1 drop each (on each foot) of the following doTERRA essential oils: valerian and clary sage.
