As much as some people see thing of thing as a harmless prank,It can also be seen as sexual assault.
If you wish to peruse this legally, ask the mall security to check the camera footage, if the person in question used any debit/credit cards anywhere in the mall the store will have a record of it, that can be traced back to the cardholder.thats your evidence for a lawsuit and how to track down the individual right there.

Right... Because her or his body was violated so terribly that legal action is needed... Prank him back, smack him in the face or something... Why does everything have to be made such a big deal? Is a short embarassing moment for op, with no permanent harm, that no one will remember an hour later, worth having a trial and marking a guy just having fun as a sexual predator and perhaps ruining his chances of getting anywhere in life?

Edit: If I got the fml wrong and there was actual intercourse involved and not just both wearing pants and one bumping the other from behind, without any Insertion or even skin to skin contact, like I understood it, I retract my statement.

Just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean you should sue them right away. Why don‘t we just kill everyone that does something we don’t like? Shooting nukes at mosquitos...

First of all, trust me, you would feel violated if a 250 lb biker did this to you.

Second, how would you feel if someone did this to your girlfriend or your daughter? Would you just say: "Aww, it's not that bad, honey. It's just what guys do"?

Thirdly, what if OP was an abuse victim and the event triggered her? Would it be harmless then?

One of the greatest things America did was the 3rd strike rule. Small crimes lead to big ones, and small consent violations lead to bigger ones, I am not saying that the offender will become a rapist, but we need to foster a society where women are respected and we as men need to set an example for our sons so that they inherit a better society than we did. Imagine if a 5 y/o boy witnessed his older brother do this every day and it just gets ignored every time. Do you think he will grow up respecting women? Will we allow men like this to define us? Fuck that, I won't.

But it is not just about setting a good example. I want to ask the offender: Dammit man, is this the type of man that you are? That you have to sneak up behind unsuspecting women for kicks or to impress your friends? Do you not gave the courage to go up to a girl and have an actual conversation with her? That would impress me. But this.. This just makes you look like trash.

Thing is, we as men think this is trivial because we don't know what it feels like to feel like prey ALL THE TIME. You must understand that they are sick and tired of it, and rightfully so. Women want to stop feeling like that, and to achieve that they have to take us down hard because some men just won't listen otherwise. For us, women are just becoming more assertive but for them, this is war.
