Very few people have actually gotten ribs removed to get a smaller waist. And contrary to popular belief it did NOT happen during the Victorian era. Even the smallest surgery was a nightmare prior to antibiotics.

And you don’t need to remove your ribs to perform autofellatio. Just practice your flexibility ;)

I don't want to know how you know this.

However, I don't know how rare the procedure is. I'm guessing guys that get this disappear from society seeing as they have no reason to go out anymore.

What? Really? That sounds off. Most people with pneumonia have to sleep so their head is lower than their chest to help drain fluids, but they just told you to cough?
Might want to go for a second opinion there.

as someone who works in health care, i can say that i have never heard of someone with pneumonia needing to sleep with their head lower than their chest.

Sometimes life isn't all it's cracked up to be. Don't laugh at that, OP, you'll split your sides. Don't laugh at that, either, you'll bust a gut. And definitely don't at that, you'll puncture a lung, and I don't want your death on my conscience. Unless you're a Holocaust denier. Or a Flat Earther. Or a vegan. If any government agencies are reading this, I'm joking.
