Today, I found out the puppy I have had for 4 days is anemic and is now in icu at a major university. She is also the puppy I spent 11 years getting ESA papers on. Everyone says "she is just a dog" and now I have to reapply if she passes. "Just a dog that took over half my life to get" FML
