Today, while at a supermarket with my girlfriend to order her a corsage for prom, she said yes to every first thing the employee suggested. When we finished and I had paid, she broke down crying in an open area of the store about how she didn't get it how she wanted it. FML

Today, I went outside at 9am in my boxer shorts to get my mail in my garden. I'd put a shoe in the door to keep the door jammed open, but when I ran back, my dog had the shoe in his mouth and all the doors and windows were closed. FML

Today, I faced a dilemma. If I don't let the cat sleep in my bedroom, she spends all night howling at the door, waking up my 2-year-old in the process. If I do let her in, the dog gets distressed and chews the contents of the bin. If I let both of them in, I have no room to sleep. FML
