Today, I had a big project due, but when I went to turn it in, I found out that I'd left it at home. The professor said I could turn it in tomorrow for half credit. When I got home I realized I'd put it in my other binder. FML

  • That's pretty unfair, you did the work and the idea of university is to be recognized for your ability, not awarded a grade based on rules. He could have given you a means of submitting it (email, drop it into his letter box) and not punished you for a mistake.

    Sometimes I sigh at the logic some universities / professors have...
