@#3. Yeah! I'd give her my dentist's business card. Saying he could help her fix that big mouth. But he isn't a magician. How can you say something like that to someone's face? Do some people not have a filter?

I think you mean insensitive. Inhumane would be a bit strong for this context.

Telling some one to get a surgery to fix themselves to the eyes of another seems inhumane to me. It's one thing to be burned horrifically and have surgery to repair and try and restore, but to let me put toxic Botox into your face so it looks nice , or a scalpel to fix something that is fine how it is, in my opinion inhumane. Either way it was rude at the very least .

I have to agree with #21. Torturing someone is inhumane. Setting a puppy on fire for fun is inhumane. Denying someone basic human rights is inhumane. Recommending that someone see a plastic surgeon? Insensitive yes but nowhere near bad enough to be considered inhumane.

I agree with #22. nothing I've seen about plastic surgery makes it seem remotely humane to me. The only thing which nullifies how inhumane it is is the fact that the patients/subjects are willing participants. And half of those are only under the knife because the sheer inhumanity of those surrounding them or their own minds have led them to believe going under the knife is preferable to living with their own face/body so even their willingness is a little questionable.
