Whoops

Today, I took my car into the shop to get a minor problem fixed. I left several hours later, without my car. Why? The mechanic crashed it while out on a test drive to make sure he'd fixed the problem. FML

Bright side: You get to buy a new car with all the money they will need to give you for your old one. I think by "crashed", you mean had sex with a hooker and killed her, then drove over a cliff, jumping out just in time, to dispose of the evidence.

This would be a good time to demand a loaner until they repair all the damage (for free of course).

That's the impression I got too lol.

iunno... he said several hours later. I think you are giving more credit to the mechanic than due.

30 minutes looking for hooker, 10 minutes getting serviced, 15 minutes killing, and five hours racking his brain about how to dispose of her. =)

**** the head/other mechanics' lives. The mechanic in question has wasted the parts the company probably paid for, his wages, and the car (as they probably have to replace it/fix it), and probably hasn't helped their business either. FYL too though. You're out a car. We look forward to your follow up FML about the creepy old guy on the bus.

Back off, intoxicunt is mine. I'm having her babies.

People, people, people! Calm down! Agree to disagree? Intoxicunt is, after all, my true love.

Somehow I can't believe he was 'testing'. I always get a feeling they just drive people's cars when in need. They can always say it was a 'test drive' and it would be difficult to prove otherwise.

Though I can't help but smile that the bad driver FMLs are equally divided between men and women, it still pisses me off that so many idiots are out on the road. Then I have to smile again because this story makes me think of the parking attendants in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
