Today, I went to the DMV to get my license. I almost ran over my evaluator as he was walking to get in the car. FML

Maybe you should wait another year and practice a little bit more...

+50 points for every pedestrian you hit. +100 if they're handicapped

Yea cause they deserve the same treatment as drivers, if you injure them+10, permanent handicap+50, kill hit? +10,000. The insta pass.

I read evaluator as elevator at first. This makes much more sense now

@15- lol you've made my day good sir. You win +1 internets =)

I failed twice before I passed. And now that I have my license, I'm so glad I didn't pass the first time. I clearly didn't know what I was doing.

Thats what we in the buisness call a bad omen

15 and 500 points for ex girlfriends and/or mother in laws

OP, this^ is the best advice you could get right now.

Why are you even bothering taking the test?

I'm assuming you passed in flying colors! Which would have been the outcome had you hit him going at 40 mph...

Surely he should have been in the car with you before you started the engine?

"You fail" " is it because I forgot to flip him off?"

Why were you driving before he even got in the car?

I did that once :( my mom parked in visitors only parking space, and when i was going to move it to the right space (by myself) he stoped me and asked why i was putting the truck in gear without a person with a valid licence (he sounded pissed)

So did I. I was like wha?? how do you almost run over an elevator?

Its lkie taht tnihg whree as lnog as the frsit and lsat letetr are cocrert the mdidle ltteres can be in any odrer and tehy wlil siltl be ligeble.

Lol me too. I was thinking like how is that even possible....

You may not have failed, but that probly cost you a couple points.

Yeah, nearly running over a pedestrian is a point deductor for sure.

If you somehow got your license, the roads are no longer safe and I will not be driving anymore.

@10 -this is implying that the roads are safe now.

25- Ty :) 31- you are correct they aren't safe but this person driving really wouldn't help

Or it would be safer to walk in the middle of the road than on the side
