There's something called blinds. If you don't close them while your bathroom is facing your neighbours' property, it's not their fault that they can see everything. Taking pictures is a bit over the top, but if you don't do anything to avoid being seen by your neighbours, you sort of had it coming.

and as for the person who didn't know how you figured out your water price.....hun your usually charged by the gallon...so a)she probably knows how many gallons of water her tub holds.....b) she just randomly made up the price to what she would think it to be....or c)okay i can't think of a c...haha but either her water is outrageously priced....or she has a big ass bath tub because it cost us 14 to fill our pool up with is four feet deep and 18 wide....haha.
