Your thief is amusing, his theft is not.
Sucks to be you, good sir.

Too many negative votes, comment buried. Show the comment.
this is what happens when women own cars
This is either really funny, or its own species of epic fail.
uh...this is from a guy. that's so sterotypical of you
lol, the OP is a man dumbass

Dumbass it's a man not a woman.
Haha this one was funny.
Don't buy your car alarms from car thieves, unless you hate your insurance company.
This FML is classic.
And using an FM transmitter with an iPod is douchey as hell.
CDs for the win mutha sucka!
Rofl!! I'm sorry op but that's hysterical!!
omg that's so fuckin funny lol sucks to be you
if there is finger prints and he gets caught go to him and say CHECKMATE BITCHHH!!!!'
"Your CD player is in another castle"
I call BS. Too many FMLs like this.
same here. if her thief was that skilled he should just drive off with the car.
#31 - not necessarily. CD player theft - rarely gets caught. Car theft - much more serious issue, and the car is way more easily recognized. I'd totally go for the less risky yet profitable approach, and just jack the stuff *in* the car. How much skill does it take to cut wires?
the message here is clear: we'll take your stuff if we want to
Just import a security system from South Africa and anyone foolish enough to try to break into your car will be in for a surprise. Or, just do what most people in cities do and don't leave anything valuable in your car.
Get an 8-track player and you'll be able to leave your windows rolled down.
Occam's Razor: the simplest solution is always the best.
Your robot malfunctioned.. and you thought you were getting a deal by buying from Jawas.
It's simple. The thief must be someone you know. Otherwise, they wouldn't have said, "Try Again." It could be anyone who knew about the installations. Check mechanics, coworkers with the police. Hell, it could have been family doing it as a joke. But check the people. My guess is the mechanics because of the fact that they were able to remove the stuff. But it's just a guess. Good luck on your clue hunt.
I wouldn't think the joke was really funny, since they smashed the windows and disabled the wires
FYL if this is true, but there have been a few similar ones lately.
who still puts CD players in their cars? top of the in '99!
How many continues do you have left?
#25 that made me lol. P: The OP is a man btw and that really sucks. I feel bad for you. :( Better luck next time :D
YDI for buying crap. did you do research before you made the purchase?

...People still use CD's?
wow ur dumb the OP is a man not a woman.
Lol!!!!!!!! Man this was funny!!!!!!!!!!!! Sucks that your car was broken into though.............
Well, atleast he's an amusing theif?

#36 might have a point there..............
for installing a cd player instead of getting a Bluetooth speaker for an iPod or just an iPod dock, YDI, and nobody ever answers but what does OP stand for, original poster?(like of the story)
I'm really sorry 'bout that,
but i have to give that guy some props for such a wicked sense of humor :3
fake. people who steal aren't going to take the time to write a note, much less spell it right
The theft is now my new hero.
haha that sucks.
but i love the "try again" part with this fml. haha
Who the hell still uses a CD player?
Haven't you ever heard of detachable face plates? More to the point, why get a CD player at all? An MP3 player and a tuner is all you need, and if you bothered to look, it wouldn't have cost you much more (if at all) than what you did buy.
#2-did it say ANYWHERE that the OP bought it from a thief? No, no it did not. Also, some people LIKE listening to CDs, or they have alot.
hahaha "Try Again" ful XD
LMFAO. That's hilarious. Put another one in. Plant a trip activated C4 charge in the car. And blow the guy to pieces. Hey. You might lose a car and a radio. But in your new car i bet no one will touch anything.

Lmfao,i like that thief xD
try to find yr cd player in the antique market.
I heard myths in Portland (OR) that if you have an audio store install your car stereo equipment/cd player they will come to your house and steal your equipment. I know people that would drive a few hours away and have them install the equipment there. I don't know if its true or happens in other places. But its something to consider.
This has actually happened in Hood River, OR. The place is still in business, but most wont do business with them.
shit try again this time watch ur car from the bushes with a bebe gun
I've always said, if you're going to commit a minor crime, do it with a sense of humour.
holii shyt!!! that person was goooood dayum
I still use a cd player. Mainly mp3 cds. They are cheep when they break compared to the expensive, broken mp3 players I have had in the past. Easy to just make another cd.

Mine has two USB ports, RCA input, Aux, and Bluetooth, but I still use the CD player on occasion. It's nice to have the option.
Dude... your car needs to be able to defend itself.
Like... try making it look less expensive.
Also, try enabling the car to deliver non-lethal electric shocks when one touches the handles or other metal part without disabling the security system.
I'd like to see the thief steal another radio after being tasered by a car.
