you know.. "legally" if someone is specially trained like that [black belt, army, etc].. it is mandatory that they must tell you that they are before fighting you.. whether they know or assume you know already, they must inform you of it immediately before kicking your ass hahaa.. some people are even so dangerous that they have to go log themself in tot eh government as a dangerous weapon.. seriously.. NOT kidding
