94 - I'd check that theory about drinking / smoking at 16, 18, 25 again. You're basically saying it has the same effects on a person regardless of age... Which is incorrect if I give a 3 year old a beer or weed every day it will cause a lot of harm and stunt growth. A human brain will not fully develop until at least age 25.
