My only job right now is calling people for surveys, so while I understand that your situation sucks, I do agree you could have just let it go to the machine. That being said... it really sucks when people are arses to you on the phone just for doing your job. We don't know what you're going through, you don't know what they're going through... those are my two cents anyway. I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't have to.
