Today, I received an eviction notice taped to my door stating my landlord is selling his property and moving out of the country in 13 days. My landlord is my boyfriend. FML

That may be illegal. Many states require you be given 30 days' notice. If he doesn't agree, you can always get a court order.

Sucks that it is your boyfriend, but either way a lease is a binding contract stating you have possession of the property until the end date of said lease (assuming it's a 12 month contract).
Im fairly certain there are laws against that. Unless you haven't been paying your rent. In that case, you can be evicted whenever.
That mob boss must've given him about two weeks to leave. Awfully considerate of him.

not illegal, assuming her boyfriend wasn't actually her "landlord" but a boyfriend that owns his own home that she moved into, she probably DIDNT sign a lease. which makes it legal for him to tell her to get out whenever.

This is bull. Either you missed prior notice or your landlord/BF is a retard. Plus, Pennsylvania law requires there to be a court procedings for any and all evictions, not to mention that with the exception of delinquent rent cases, all evictions require at least a 15-day notice (actually 30 for leases over one year) before the actual eviction case. There's either something that you're not telling us or this FML is full of crap.

Eviction requires "summary process" which is a somewhat complicated procedure. You will want representation.
Eviction notices are usually either 30 or 60 days, but can be as short as 20 days depending on the state. I don't know Pennsylvania law.
