I'm fairly certain that this could be considered rape by deception. You had sex with her under the belief she hadn't tampered with the birth control/that she was using a contraceptive. I'd look into legal aid on this, because this sounds like it should be illegal. (Or could be a precedent setting case, if it isn't already illegal...) Good luck.
Normally I'm all about guys pitching in to help raise the kids they made, but this is just plain ****** up. I hope you're able to get out of this situation, OP.

Get a paternity test, if she wants a kid that bad no telling how many others she's done this to.

This is why it doesn't hurt to bring your own condoms if it's not an exclusive relationship. Besides how sure are you she's been hooking up with only you? Good luck
