So your sister and her bf brought your younger brother? Then they should be the ones to take him home. I'd personally phone them and demand they come back and pick him up, he was their responsibility for the day, not yours. You could also leave the water park, drop your brother off wherever he needs to be and then go back, or plan something else. Either way, the most important issue you need to address is your sister and her crazy boyfriend, that isn't healthy and if it's effecting other people's lives, that isn't fair either.
