Today, I found out that my sister, who's claimed for the past six years to be lesbian, has become straight. She's now dating the guy that I've liked for two years. FML

That means that
1) she wasn't lesbian, but bisexual
2) she has more luck in love than you
or
3) she dares to take the first step if it comes to dating.

You can like that guy, but if you didn't express your feelings to him, or if he is not interested in you, he has all the right in the world to go with your sister. As for her, he's single, she's single, he likes her, she likes him, why should she not be in a relationship with him? It's not nice from her if she knew how you felt about him and didn't bother telling you her feelings, but she does not need your or anyones permission to be in a relationship with someone. Sad for you, but every human being has the right to be happy. And if she is with the one you like (like, you didn't even said love), there's nothing wrong with that.

You don't just go from being a lesbian to being straight... Sexual preference isn't something you choose.

Also, the guy you've liked for two years? YDI for not making a move and just sitting back hoping that he'll do something. If you liked him, you should've done something about it.
