Today, I went shopping at Macy's for swimsuits with my mom. I told my mom that I hated all the suits there, and that I wanted to get them at Dick's Sporting Goods. My mother then said, in a loud voice, "STOP BEING SO OBSESSED WITH DICKS!" Half the store stared at me. FML

I don't understand why people are getting mad at you about wanting a nice suit, I'm a swimmer so I understand the difference between a department store suit and a sport store swimsuit. they may cost a bit more but they last atleast 2-3 years versus 1-2 years

Ha, I had the same thing happen to me many years ago but a little different. Dicks just opened in our city and I told my mom I wanted to check it out.
