I failed my first time for wearing a hat while driving. The woman giving me the rest was about 100 and it may have been a law when she was young but it sure isn’t today, she never even asked me to take it off
I didn't fail, but I got points taken off because the instructor directed me through a neighborhood that had no marked speed limit, and I was going 25 (the speed limit of neighborhoods where I lived) instead of 35.
WTF When my bf took the driving test, he did not know the speed and they told him to go what you think it should be. It was a school zone so he went 20. He did get commented on about it because it should have been 25 but not failed.
I didn't fail, but I had points deducted because I should have assumed it was 35, as per the driver handbook in my state. I think 35 is a tad fast for a neighborhood.

What? 'I'm sorry, you've failed because you looked at the camera.' 'I don't have a camera' 'Don't care, still failed' 'Okay' Like surely this is an absolutely obvious thing to contest? I find it hard to believe you just shrugged it off and walked away.
Apparently the testing person is not very bright
